My Holiday

In the holidays I went to my friends house and we watch the flash.

After my friends I went home and played the walking dead and then I went to the

creek and fished for catfish and eels.But then Billy came and then we had heaps of

fun we even caught 2 catfish.

After that I went to the beach with Billy and we let the catfish go in the fresh water

so it has heaps of space to swim and heaps of food to eat.Later Billy had to go

home and rest for his big game tomorrow morning.

When I got home there was a visitor and his name was david he was from my school and he helps me with my work.But when I got in I heard him say I am going to

boot camp and it is on february the 7th  2015 and I cant wait to go there.

When he went I watch the walking dead and did you know it is the last episode

next week on  monday that is when all the zombies come for flesh

and some of the survivors died because they blamed it on Norman Reedus and they got

eaten from the zombies that is what it said on on the add who will survive the

ebola.

After that I played the game and the zombies came close up to me when I was healing my friend and then I died and I had to restart the level all over again then

I went to bed In the morning I done some fire works.

Being fit

Did you know your body is an amazing machine? It just needs to be used every day to keep it working well.

Exercise keeps your body strong and fit. Fitness means having the energy to work’ and play’ and do all the things you want to do’ easily.Your body cannot store fitness so you need to exercise regularly’ to stay fit.

Exercise makes you feel and look better.It keeps your body a healthy weight.It helps you relax’ and sleep’ better and when you exercise your body produces chemicals called endorphins’ which go to your brain and make you feel good.

Exercise for strength make you muscles stronger so you can work.Different parts of your body without feeling weak. Exercise for stamina makes your heart and lungs stronger’ and help blood flow easily around your body.Stamina is the ability to exercise for longer without getting tired or out of breath.

So you need to move it.

What a capitals

Introduction:

A capital letter is a big letter and it is bigger than the small letters that is what a capital

letter is.Some big letters and some small letters are different shape.

   

Do you know what a capital letter is well a capital letter is in the beginning

of a name.Capital letters are in thise name like Dj and Chris .Why are

capitals big and little letters are small how do get that?     

Capitals are in the abc and some capitals are in names.Did you know that

small letters are different shape same as the big letters.Small letters are

different to the capitals because small letters are small and big letters big.   

Have you had trouble with your capitals sometimes I do.When I see a

word that is spelt wrong I always go back and fix it.Capitals are in the

beginning of some letters like Movies and Art those are capitals.   

Capitals are in the first letter of House and Tv that is what capitals are.

sometimes normal text are spelt wrong when you think its right but it is not.

Radio is got a capital in its letter.  

Conclusion:

A capital can be used in a beginning of a sentence

and can be used be in a beginning of letter.

Welcome to samoa

Different Countries

Different  countries have different cultures. For example, some older japanese people wear kimonos, arrange flowers in vases and have tea ceremonies. My family is from Samoa.

Samoa is a nice cooling place to be at but in my  culture we do like anything there. Sometimes we do spearfishing in the shallow waters. At Samoa we do like swimming in the water and it is so clear to swim in.

Did you know that  at Samoa people there like to eat all kinds of food,  like chicken, shrimps, oysters and other kinds of food there.
